It has been noted that about 20cm(8 inches) rise of sea levels per century and 2 mm per year!!
There are different factors that affect the volume and mass of the ocean and sea levels.
The two main causes are temperature and the mass of water locked on land and sea as freshwater in rivers, lakes, glaciers, polar ice caps and sea ice.
Each year about 8 mm (0.3 inch) of water from the entire surface of the oceans falls into the Antarctica and Greenland ice sheets as snowfall.Which would mean if no ice returned to the oceans, the sea level would drop 8mm every year.

From this video I learnt that these island are going to disappear under the water as two have already gone missing. Animal habitats are going to be erased from these islands and many animals will die.
I learnt that the sea levels will raise by 50cm by 2100. People on the mexican river have already taken precausion and if the world floods 10% of the worlds population will drown.
